Our HR Operations team is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join the broader HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR strategic projects and any major people programme related activity.

About the Role
Reporting into the HR Operations Director, you will work with Executives, Directors and Heads of, being able to move from high level direction and ideation into purposeful execution and delivery. You'll work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role as HR Project Manager will involve project planning, project management, stakeholder engagement and communication, and being comfortable creating and leading presentations and findings to large and variable stakeholder groups.
There are exciting projects on the horizon; one in particular which is in its infancy requires you to come along and manage every step of the journey to delivery. You will work on a variety of projects at any one time, and be an integral member of the HR community, being the person who will drive the team towards continuous, high-potential excellence.
About You
You will be our expert project manager, and as such, be fully conversant with project management methodology. You will have direct experience in leveraging project management tools to effectively manage project workflows and ensure successful project outcomes. You will have worked in HR projects and transformation previously, and have a strong and broad understanding of HR specialisms, centres of excellence, people technology and people strategy.
As a standalone role within the HR team, you must be ambitious, highly motivated and be able to work independently, whilst pro-actively forging a network with Project Managers across the broader business to understand internal best practices and processes.
You will also have:
A project management qualification (desirable).
Experience of working in HR projects and transformations (essential).
Familiarity with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Kanban and the ability to apply them appropriately based on the projects’ requirements.
Knowledge of quality management principles and practices to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Experience in leading cross functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Experience in effectively managing project risk and crises, including communication strategies and decision making under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
