We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include: Planning shipments based on material availability and customer requests Tracking orders and shipments to ensure timely deliveries Preparing shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading Coordinating supply chain processes to improve efficiency and quality Scheduling collections and deliveries for customers Maintaining accurate records of orders, suppliers, and customers Essential criteria: Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar in a logistics environment Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems Basic accounting knowledge and strong IT skills Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic team, with the potential for a long-term career.
