Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Norwich. Our client is a national award-winning independent mortgage brokerage offering whole of market advice on first charge mortgages. Built around a clear ethos of exceptional customer service and giving back to their community on every mortgage.
How does the day-to-day look?
* Oversee the finance department and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Ensure that all internal systems related to payments, including charity deductions, are accurately updated.
* Process commission statements from providers.
* Create commission statements for all consultants.
* Administer charity and tree planting deductions.
* Administer introducer and other deductions.
* Create Introducer remittance statements and update their pipeline trackers.
* Finalize all statements and amounts ready for bank payments to be conducted.
* Deal with any consultant queries regarding payments and commissions.
* Conduct audits of pipelines and look for discrepancies.
* Keep internal records updated / monitor KPI’s.
* Reconcile banking on Xero.
* Liaise with Openwork regarding any commission issues.
* Train, develop and support Pay run Support staff.
You will have:
* Confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulae.
* Outstanding attention to detail and focus.
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
* Ability to follow set processes accurately.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:00pm
