Are you a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity? As a PA you will provide dedicated support to the Head of Farm Trading, ensuring seamless daily operations. With exceptional time management and attention to detail, you will oversee a variety of administrative tasks, including diary management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion. We are seeking a PA/Senior Administrator proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word, along with the ability to take accurate minutes and manage documentation efficiently. This role requires a resourceful and adaptable PA professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the Head of Farm Trading can focus on strategic priorities with confidence. Key PA responsibilities: Administrative Support to include: Manage calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Prepare and manage correspondence, including email, meeting minutes and written communications Arrange travel and organise itineraries Process expense reports, manage invoices and assist with budgeting tasks Work with Marketing specialist to organise farmer events Work with and partner Farm Trading Assistant team in fulfilling administrative duties Task and Project Management: Track and follow up on professional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met Manage and prioritise competing demands and requests Organise projects on behalf of the supervisor, including setting timelines and coordinating team members Communication and Coordination: Handle emails, calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary information or redirect to the appropriate stakeholder Personal PA specification: Proven experience as a PA or in a similar role, supporting senior leadership individuals Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High level of proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and digital tools, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and priorities Professional demeanour, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
