We are looking for an experienced and dedicated M&E Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning phase of mechanical and electrical systems in multiple commercial developments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems are tested, verified, and fully operational in line with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the commissioning process for M&E systems on commercial projects, ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, health and safety standards, and quality requirements. Oversee the commissioning and testing of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, ensuring full compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery. Provide technical expertise and advice to resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning phase. Review and approve commissioning documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and test reports. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure all M&E systems are operating efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements. Ensure systems are handed over to clients with full documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into operation. Travel between project sites as required to manage commissioning activities across multiple locations. Requirements: Proven experience as an M&E Commissioning Manager, specifically on commercial projects. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong understanding of commissioning processes, testing, and commissioning methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different sites. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams and clients. Flexibility and willingness to travel to different sites as required. Relevant qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
