We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Administration Officer, ideally with experience of working in a busy school office environment. This is a permanent role which will involve a wide range of school office administration duties as well as support to the Head of School and School Leadership Team. You will work closely alongside our capable and friendly office team, providing help and support to all school stakeholders including parents and pupils.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of working in an administration environment, ideally in a school.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* The skill to multitask while prioritising tasks effectively, working with minimal supervision and using initiative.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent team skills and experience of working effectively as part of a team.
* A positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude to their role.
* A secure, wide-ranging knowledge of ICT use.
