Technical Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of BS 5893-1 and relevant standards.
* Experience in client and contractor management.
* Strong team management and interpersonal skills.

* Understanding of design, construction, and procurement processes.
* Excellent IT and project management skills.
Qualifications:
* BS-5839-1 Fundamentals in FD&A Units 1 & 2.
* BS-5839-1 Advanced course.
