We are seeking a technical-focuse d Administrator to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Site Manager and Engineers. Location: Stanmore, London (fully site based) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Benefits: 25 days annual leave bank holidays, Death in Service scheme (4x salary), Private healthcare, Electric car Scheme, Perkbox - discounts/offers with various popular brands, Cycle to work scheme, As the Administrator, you will be responsible for: General administration duties Ordering of spare parts / equipment Inputting data into the database Delivery and collection of equipment to different areas as required Maintaining an inventory of equipment Responding to telephone requests for equipment Once trained, you will be completing repairs on a range of medical equipment as well as scheduled maintenance Ensuring equipment is cleaned and decontaminated before being returned The successful Administrator will have the following related skills / experience: Strong communication skills Administrative background Computer literate with good understanding of MS Office
