Location: County Fermanagh
Industry: Manufacturing / Environmental Compliance
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am–5.30pm, Friday 8am–4pm (42 hours/week)
Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Environmental Advisor to join the team, supporting regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and environmental management systems. This is a key role offering the chance to influence positive environmental practices within a regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct environmental inspections and site audits
* Support senior and divisional management in environmental matters
* Manage ISO 14001:2015 Certified Environmental Management Systems
* Monitor compliance with licences, permits, and planning conditions
* Identify training requirements and deliver staff environmental training
* Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance
* Assist with the implementation of sustainability and biodiversity initiatives
* Ensure alignment with Health & Safety policies and coordinate with the wider H&S team
Essential Criteria:
* A third-level qualification in an Environmental discipline
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (desirable)
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
* Third-party audit experience
* Experience in regulated environments such as IPPC or PPC
* Strong attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
