About the Role: Deliver high-quality learning and teaching in the Early Years, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment. Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, both indoors and outdoors. Work collaboratively with senior managers and teaching staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning experience. About You: Qualifications: Relevant early years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent). Experience: Previous experience working with children in an early years setting. Skills: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Desirable Qualities: Passion for early years education, a creative approach to teaching, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
