A unique, London Cost Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a keenness to gain a traditional Quantity Surveying skill set to join their growing team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working alongside the Directors of the consultancy, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will spend the majority of their time producing and working on Bills of Quantities, Scoping of Works documents, and Builders Quants.
As well as the above, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get exposure to a truly exciting and unique range of London projects including high end residential, commercial, and monitoring sectors.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have:
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar)
Minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
Exposure to measuring, or bills of quantities
CAD experience would be usefulIn Return?
