Apply for this job We are a Cybersecurity / Digital agency looking for two new CSRs (Customer Service Reps) to join our growing team. We are a company who are fairly unique in how we identify ourselves and how we operate. We are a perfect mix of a digital agency and a cybersecurity company. We specialise in offering website security services to our clients who are primarily ecommerce store owners. We are not your average agency who offer marketing services. We are in fact a group of cybersecurity experts who work around the clock to ensure the security, uptime and hassle free operations of our client websites. The purpose of the CSR role is to ensure our clients get a human response to their queries. If a problem arises with their website (or a suspected problem), there is nothing more frustrating than having to speak to a bot. We want to ensure they feel respected, looked after and are as worry free as can be whilst experiencing a potentially serious issue. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but will not be strictly limited to: Answering client queries via our ticketing system. Prioritising tickets according to urgency and labelling them with our colour coding system (training will be provided on this) Making customers feel valued. Upselling customers to our other packages / services where appropriate (we run a bonus / commission scheme for this) Previous experience in a customer facing role is mandatory however, we will consider any transferable experience on a case-by-case basis as we believe lack of experence shouldn't be a barrier to entry and a never-ending catch 22 situation. Other requirements are: Experience with Microsoft Word (Highly desirable) Experience using CRM Software (Highly Desirable) Knbow how to use Skype / Slack for internal communication or be able to set these up. Ability to learn new software quickly Cybersecurity experience is no necessary as our CSRs do not deal directly with the technical side, however, having basic computer literacy where you can setup accounts and learn new software quickly is a must. All training is provided. Due to handling sensitive data, we require our employees to be aged 18 or over and to sign an NDA.
