A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a MRO Sales Representative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Gloucestershire. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications Providing business quotes and pricing Enter customer orders into ERP system and make sure the order is executed to meet customer expectations. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions; record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well actions taken. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Participates in customer visits within the UK and internationally (EMEA), including attending trade shows. Requirements: Degree qualified Minimum of 2 years of relevant/technical work experience in Sales Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office program (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.) Ability to function in a diverse, fast paced service environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges. Quantum Control ERP experience or related aviation information system experience.
