Senior Property Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained in excellent condition and compliant with regulations and best practices.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a high standard of professionalism and communication.
* Oversee tenancy preparations, property inspections, and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
* Manage tenant requests, refurbishment projects, and maintenance works, including liaising with contractors and supervising larger works as necessary.
* Handle tenancy renewals, rent negotiations, and minimising property voids to meet client targets.
* Monitor tenant arrears, approve invoices, and ensure accurate record-keeping on the property management system.
* Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Identify opportunities for new business, cross-selling, and increasing revenue for the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in lettings property management is essential.
2. ARLA or IRPM qualifications (desirable).
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult situations and prioritise workload in a high-pressure environment.
