Aramco Trading Limited (ATL) was incorporated in London in 2019. ATL carry out energy trading activities, in particular the trading, by way of procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, specialty petroleum products and chemicals. In addition to physical trading, ATL also engage in a wide variety of activities including shipping, chartering, storage and trading of financial derivatives. The company has a widely diverse employee base with expertise in all aspects of the oil trading market. The London team compliments our global network and provides constant coverage across all time zones. ATL is an active participant in hydrocarbon trading in Europe and Africa, with wide variety of crude grades and different petroleum products. The Company has also been expanding its activities to include GAS business where trading Liquefied Petroleum Products (LPG) and Lignified Natural Gas (LNG) form part of the growing portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide generalist HR support focused on the London team
2. Provide recruitment support and be responsible for the onboarding process for new hires
3. Process the monthly payroll
4. Administer employee benefits and ensure pension compliance
5. Provide support for HR cyclical activities including performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits
6. Maintain accurate records
7. Lead on reporting, dashboards and HR analytics
8. Support on systems and process development
9. Work on ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
1. Degree educated
2. Previous HR experience
3. Proficient in HR systems and data analysis
4. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
5. Discretion and diplomacy
Please note this role is an office based position. Support will be given towards learning and development including qualifications. Full on the job training will be provided.
