Administration Assistant/Receptionist - 1x Fixed-term, Part-time position (21 hours per week) available: As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Administration Assistant to cover reception, that is adept at providing good customer service and comprehensive administration support to the Central Administration Team, to ensure the effective running of the service. About the role: To be successful in the role of Administration Assistant our new team member will have a minimum level of education (Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration) or equivalent experience in a similar role, as well as having skills below: A people person - you will be providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, as you cover reception as and when required, meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Adaptable - you will help other teams meet their aims by working under instruction and using initiative. Exceptional attention to detail - essential to record and process information accurately. Technologically proficient - Experience of working with Microsoft office/Teams to achieve outcomes.
