NCE > Customer Project Execution > Customer Project Execution Onshore North & West
CPX oversees the installation, commissioning, and final handover of wind farms to clients. Collaborating closely with clients and other stakeholders is crucial to ensure these processes are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Project Coordination Team works in tandem with the Logistics, Procurement, and Finance Departments. Acting as the right hand to Project Managers, Project Coordinators maintain up-to-date project data, manage invoicing, communicate with both internal and external suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables to customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Project Coordinators both disciplinarily and organizationally.
* Align internal interfaces and handle escalations.
* Measure and monitor team performance using KPIs, targets, regular reviews, and counter-measures.
* Plan projects and personnel resources effectively.
* Recruit, motivate, and support team members to deliver positive results.
* Ensure compliance with Vestas policies and contractual obligations, including local agreements.
* Promote a safe working culture in line with Vestas safety values.
Qualifications
* A degree in science, engineering, or a commercial field.
* Knowledge of contracts is advantageous.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Skilled in using SAP.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work effectively across different departments
* Experience with Power BI reports is beneficial.
