About the Role As an SEN Support Worker, you will provide tailored assistance to students aged 3 to 19, addressing their unique educational and emotional needs. This full-time position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about creating a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere that supports students’ development. Working Hours : 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one and group support for students with special educational needs. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement personalised education and support plans. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to promote emotional well-being and social interaction. Assist with classroom management and deliver tailored interventions to support progress. Adapt to the individual needs of students, ensuring inclusivity in all activities. Requirements A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this role. Prior experience as an SEN Support Worker or in a similar role is desirable. Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
