Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Maths and English lessons to students
* Assess students' learning needs and develop individualised learning plans
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
* Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Minimum Requirements
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent)
* Degree in Mathematics, English or related field
* Proven experience in teaching Maths and English to students of varying abilities
* Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for Maths and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Effective classroom management skills
* Additional teaching qualifications or certifications
