We are seeking midwives who are passionate about physiological birth and providing exemplary low risk care to women/ pregnant people and their babies. Main duties of the job Aneurin Bevan University Health Board supports approximately 5500 births per year. We are able to offer a range of opportunities for midwives working within our services. Our community midwifery teams, support antenatal and postnatal care whilst facilitating births at home, and within the free standing birth centre at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr ( YYF), and the birthing pod in Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan (YAB) in Ebbw Vale. We are able to offer pool births at each of our sites. These positions will provide the opportunity to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.
