Registered Service Manager Role in Barton-upon-Humber
We are seeking a Registered Service Manager with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of individuals we support.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our residential service in Barton-upon-Humber, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families of the people we support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the service(s), developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies and audits, attending multi-disciplinary meetings, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans
* Conduct care needs assessments and recruit/institute new colleagues
* Complete supervisions/appraisals and medication competencies/audits
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
* Ability to undertake CQC registration and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
