Administrative Assistant – BGL Partners Chartered Surveyors
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join an established professional team of chartered surveyors at our offices in London W1, to provide administrative/reporting support.
This is a diverse, flexible and interesting role, with a focus on assisting with the team’s business rates payment management work on a number of key client occupational portfolios.
The primary activities will include: maintaining detailed occupancy schedules, liaising with billing authorities, verifying rate demands, and supporting the team in the provision of accurate monthly financial reports/budgets to our clients.
Experience in a business rates/billing authority environment preferred.
Key Position Requirements
1. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
2. Sound academic background
3. Naturally organised
4. Possess good time management
5. Confidence to communicate with client contacts, councils and colleagues
Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office), 9-5.30 Mon-Fri or possibly on a part-time basis for the right candidate
£25-35,000+ dependent on experience, plus a bonus scheme
25 days holiday entitlement
