Join AZAD as an Operations Analyst to provide support and assistance to the Operational Services organization within the Transmission Technology department in the Transmission Services business line. This position will assist the organization with the documentation of internal procedures; audit/data call compliance support, and process improvements.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Vancouver, Washington and is full-time on-site.
The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $36.11 to 37.57.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, management, accounting, computer science, or a closely-related field is preferred.
2. 2 years directly related experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
3. 4 years directly related experience is required with an associate's degree in applicable fields.
4. 6 years of directly related experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
5. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business/operations analysis and program/project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature.
6. Expert proficiency in automated data systems to include SharePoint and Visio and a high degree of efficiency in technical dynamics of software output (e.g. use of advanced printing such as to plotters, capabilities of cross-software embedding for purposes of presentations, technical webinars, etc.) is required.
7. Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
8. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
9. Ability to pass a federal background and drug screening is required.
