About the Role
To support the Food & Beverage Managers in delivering seamless F&B operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for all guests. This role is key in helping the venue meet its sales targets while maintaining a guest-focused approach. By assisting in the smooth execution of daily operations and promoting a positive guest experience, the position plays a vital role in fulfilling the venue’s vision to prioritize guest satisfaction in all aspects of the service.

Your Responsibilities
1. Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Maximise the use of available resources to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
3. Lead and manage a team across various F&B areas, including suites, VIP bars, kiosks, conference, and banqueting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with F&B Managers, other venue departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
5. Monitor and manage the EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system daily, providing reports as required.
6. Oversee stock ordering in line with the events calendar and raise Purchase Orders according to company procedures in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
7. Ensure stock levels are maintained and aligned with upcoming events to avoid shortages or overstocking.
8. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff, including casual employees, to maintain a high-performance team. Handle delegation, performance management, and discipline when necessary.
9. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene regulations, and all relevant legislation within F&B operations.
10. Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the F&B Manager to support the overall operations.
Key Skills and Experience
11. Impeccable customer service skills and a passion for delivery with finesse.
12. Experience operating in a fast-paced premium environment in either hospitality or retail.
13. Professional and articulate communication skills.
14. A track record working in a guest/ customer facing role.
15. A can-do approach with a positive attitude when it comes to facing challenges.
