Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Bromley, UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Working Hours: Flexible (2-5 days per week)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in the Bromley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education or those with prior experience supporting young learners.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Provide classroom support to teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons.
2. Work with students on a 1:1 or small-group basis, offering tailored support.
3. Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning habits.
4. Support children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) where required.
5. Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
6. Supervise students during break times and off-site activities if needed.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Previous experience working with children (in schools, tutoring, childcare, etc.).
2. A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
4. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or degree in Education) are desirable but not essential.
5. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
