Your new role The CAD Engineer will be working under the guidance of a line manager, supporting the creation of technically robust outputs for engineering projects. The team specialises in creating precise digital engineering solutions to aid in the production of engineering deliverables, including 2D CAD drawings, 3D models, and 4D simulations. Responsibilities: Preparing designs, performing calculations, creating drawings, and documenting project details. Collaborate within a team, contributing to the development of technically robust engineering solutions while adhering to applicable technical standards and client specifications. Handling general office tasks related to the efficient operation of a consulting engineering company. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the CAD Engineering role, our client seeks a candidate with extensive experience in Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Revit. While experience with 3D modelling and animation is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates should have one to two years of experience in the design industry, possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a basic understanding of various project interfaces.Please note, that candidates must be able to commute to Armagh and with full right to work in the UK.
