Job Title: Group Lead Worker
Salary: £24,862 Per annum Pro rata
Hours: 5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and co-facilitate two weekly youth club sessions (2 hours each) in a positive and supportive environment.
2. Inspire and empower young people to express themselves, build positive relationships, and reach their full potential.

* Enthusiastically engaging young people and fostering a sense of belonging.
* Leading and guiding group sessions with creativity and responsiveness.
* Collaborating effectively with young people, volunteers, and colleagues.
* Prioritizing safety and well-being by upholding safeguarding procedures.
