Clarke Telecom is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Vodafone Project, based in Newbury. This role focuses on coordinating activities associated with the Clarke VF Programme, ensuring milestone-related tasks are accurately tracked and reported across various databases and progress systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, supporting the successful delivery of the programme. You will work closely with the Assistant Project Manager and internal specialists across Acquisition, Planning, Design, Build, and Support departments, as well as external suppliers and customers, including Vodafone and Cornerstone. Key responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, driving their progress, and ensuring supplier activities are correctly tracked and recorded. Maintaining accurate project data on systems like Sitetracker, Sitelopedia, Remedy, and Siterra is essential, as is ensuring that finance-impacting tasks are completed on time to support accurate billing and payments. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and have experience in administration and coordination. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you’ll engage with internal teams, external suppliers, and client contacts to request approvals, attend meetings, and build positive relationships. Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role. While experience in the mobile telecoms industry and familiarity with customer tools and databases are desirable, they are not essential.
