The Basingstoke Community Therapy Team is a friendly and supportive team of Community Therapists and Therapy assistants providing a domiciliary rehabilitation service to patients in North Hampshire.
Main duties of the job
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
* HCPC registration
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Previous experience in Older Person mental Health or Adult working mental health
* Be able to work unsupervised
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
* Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.

Responsibilities
Clinically, some of your key tasks and main responsibilities will entail the following:
* To manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs, including evaluating referrals for interventions and priorities for treatment.
* To carry out core assessments and risk assessments for clients newly referred to the team.
* To monitor, evaluate and modify treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention.
