Team Leader
Salary: £16.80ph plus additional driving allowances and other Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week 6am-3pm
Location: Clay Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 3DJ

What you'll be doing;
Deploy frontline service team on daily deployment ensuring all driver compliance (eg monitoring Taco hours)
Monitoring H&D behaviour of all site users and promoting good safe behaviours..
Coaching and mentoring of new starters and Retraining of existing team members on relevant systems and procedures
Recording attendance, completing Return to Works
Regular training and competency checks
Managing holiday and leave requests effectively maintaining sufficient team numbers for front-line delivery and sufficient pool to cover sickness.
Reporting and recording accidents and vehicle incidents appropriately
What we're looking for;
Local Geographical knowledge
Experience in using waste management systems including Echo, Salesforce and PowerBI
Experience working with local authority clients
Effective Communication skills
Good IT Skills
IOSH Passport Training, Traffic Management Qualifications, Class 2 Driving Qualification or desire to obtainWhat's next?
