Ocado Logistics is seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of customer orders.
**Salary Details:**
* Average hourly rate: £12.60 (base rate, including premiums)
* Hourly pay structure:
* Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.84 per hour
* Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12 per hour
* Sunday Day Premium: £1.28 per hour
* Sunday Evening Premium: £2.52 per hour
* Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £16.05 per hour
* Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.45 per hour
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full UK or EU driving licence and at least six months' driving experience are required. The position involves handling alcohol products, so applicants must be over 18 years old.
