A proactive and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS / Consultancy background, to enhance their growing office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, friendly and flexible team of 8 quantity surveyors, working predominantly in the Healthcare and Residential sectors.
You will join at a truly exciting time for the firm, they have doubled their turnover this year and are primed to do the same next year. They have over 60 projects secured, with new projects being secured daily! There's no shortage of exciting schemes to get stuck into and they anticipate doubling their team by the end of 2025. So, this is the perfect time to join their ranks, benefit from the firm's growth and the ample opportunities for progression this will provide.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a 10% fee bonus for any new business you bring in as well as a 5% client retention bonus yearly for any clients you retain, it's not just about winning new work here, they also want to reward client satisfaction and the work you do to ensure a happy, long term working relationship.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
1. A RICS accredited degree qualification
2. Healthcare or Residential experience is highly desirable
3. A successful track record leading projects to completion
4. Strong pre and post contract experience
5. MRICS is highly desirable
6. The desire to grow long term with a firm
