Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide technical, outreach and administrative support for a global research consortium that aims to improve population health. The research is coordinated by Imperial College London, and involves collaboration with the World Health Organization and with a large network of scientists from most of the world’s countries.
The post-holder will work with the research programme manager and the research staff to coordinate the technical and dissemination aspects of the work, regularly communicate with the collaborators, and provide administrative and logistical support for the activities.
You will provide technical, outreach and administrative support for the research programme and work with the research programme manager and the research staff to enable the implementation and realization of the project’s objectives.
You will be the first point of contact for partner communication and interactions with the research team, working with them to identify and access data relevant for the research project, and directing data to appropriate members of the research team for further action.
Minimum Requirements:
* Undergraduate or Master’s level qualifications in epidemiology, public health, biomedical sciences, medicine, engineering or related discipline
* Knowledge of datasets and data management
* Knowledge of literature reviews and manuscript selection/access
* Experience of working with multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams
* Experience of project coordination and management
* Experience of communication and coordination with multiple partners/collaborators
