Additionally, there are plans to replace the current HR system, therefore experience in implementing and embedding an HR system is important. Innovation is always at the forefront, so this person will have a tech-focused mindset to improve process efficiency and service delivery, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and a strong employee experience.
