An exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Manager has arisen with a fast-growing, VC-backed cyber security start-up in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Manager to lead their global support operations. You will ensure efficient issue resolution as tier 2, manage tier 1 support engineers, and work with tier 3, combining technical expertise and leadership to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional support.
You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite between 2 – 3 days a week.
Experience of the Senior Support Manager will include:
* 4+ years managing technical support function
* Experience in a SaaS company
* Familiarity with outsourced team management
* Bonus: cyber security platform background
