What You'll Do:
* Lead with Excellence: Inspire and motivate our Front Office team to provide top-notch service from the moment guests arrive until they bid us farewell.
* Master the Details: Ensure every front desk task is handled with precision, from check-ins and check-outs to billing and beyond.
* Streamline Operations: Develop and implement innovative procedures to keep our Front Office running like a well-oiled machine, including managing inventory and supplies.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other hotel departments to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
* Elevate Service: Monitor guest feedback and continuously seek ways to enhance our service quality.
* Train and Grow: Mentor new team members and provide ongoing training to help everyone shine.
* Drive Revenue: Craft and execute strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.

Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
* Proficient in hotel management software, such as Opera or Fidelio
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and improving guest satisfaction
* Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
