Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Way: Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall strategy for the Occupational Health Department.
* Be the Expert: Triage referrals and manage your own caseload, including complex cases.
* Health Champion: Provide advice to employees and managers to enable employees to remain in and return to work.
* Innovate: Develop and promote strategies to boost employee health and wellbeing.
* Engage: Organise awareness events and health education programmes.
* Collaborate: Participate in case reviews and attendance meetings.
* Analyse: Review data to identify health trends and departmental performance.

* Experienced: Proven nursing experience in an Occupational Health setting.
