Regional Sales Manager, South UK - Team Management - Growing medical device company
Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing medical device company who is looking for a sales professional to join their business as a Regional Sales Manager.
As part of this role you will be responsible for the South of England and will be covering their Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implants (TAVI) portfolio of medical devices. You will also be managing a team of sales representatives and clinical application specialists for this region, as well as continuing to build out this team alongside the growth and development of the company.
Other responsibilities include:
* Sales and account management
* Actively promote TAVI solutions to expand product utilization and adoption in current and new accounts.
* Analyze market trends, identify competitive threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to support education initiatives, workshops, and case observations that enhance product awareness and proficiency.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights into best practices and solutions tailored to meet their clinical and operational needs.
For this position, our client is looking for someone who has extensive sales experience particularly selling TAVI medical devices. You must also have team/people management experience.
