The Opportunity
As one of our Field Sales Solar Executives you will not only convert leads but also generate your own opportunities in your region. You’ll be the voice and face of our business, providing great customer service, thriving on educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage solutions, and guiding them towards sustainable living.
What you’ll do:
1. Execute and drive a clear, consistent and proven sales process and customer journey, delivering outstanding results.
2. Provide expert knowledge on Solar PV and Battery Storage, ensuring an educational and positive customer experience.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, through networking and rapport-building.
4. Listen to your customers, understand their needs, create opportunities and provide bespoke, successful solutions.
5. Actively demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise on Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions that promotes a professional and educative customer journey.
6. Take a proactive approach and be accountable for your own self development.
7. Actively network and maintain relationships to create opportunities and achieve objectives.
8. Share knowledge and best practice to promote team success.
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience in a sales role is required, and experience of following a proven sales process is preferred.
2. Proven experience demonstrating self-discipline and commitment to exceed company objectives.
3. Demonstrated success in the ability to influence and enhance the customer journey.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to balance effective questioning and listening skills.
5. Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets.
6. Excellent organisational, great attention to detail, presentation and Excel skills.
