Logistics Customer Service Executive
Min £23.5k - £25k+ EXCEPTIONAL PACKAGE & PROSPECTS
Mon - Friday
Didcot, Oxfordshire
HYBRID ROLE: Minimum 2 days per week in the office. The hours will be 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
2. Manage logistics operations and ensure timely delivery.
3. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
4. Resolve any issues related to logistics and customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in logistics or customer service.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
