Product Owner, Semiconductor Service Division Your Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our team; you will report to the Senior Manager - digitalisation. This role is essential for bridging the gap between business needs and technical development, ensuring successful digital product development. You will possess a blend of Business Analyst and Product Owner skills, effectively dividing your responsibilities between these two crucial areas. Here's How You Will Help: You will define requirements, epics, features, user stories, and tasks for various product types. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for agile development, including use cases, customer journey maps, and use case models. Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Champion agile principles and best practices within the organization, driving adoption and adherence to agile methodologies. You will serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products and features, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Continuously assess and prioritise product enhancements and new features based on user feedback and business objectives. To Succeed You Need: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering). Experience in both agile and waterfall environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and influence team members and stakeholders. Experience working in teams that develop software or data solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps or JIRA. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable but not mandatory. Business analysis qualifications with the BCS are desirable but not mandatory. Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma is desirable but not mandatory.
