Mission Burrito is looking for an outgoing, burrito-loving Restaurant Manager to head up our Bath restaurant.
Mission Burrito on Kingsmead Square has grown in popularity over the 12 years we’ve been open. Their long-standing Manager is moving on and a rare opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager to join the team in Bath.
The Manager’s role can be demanding – from Accounting to admin, recruitment and training, every day is different. You’ll be responsible for the regular Manager duties – Stock and cash control, paperwork, recruitment… but you’ll also be the person who will be looked to grow the business in the community, promote the well-loved Mission Burrito brand in the area and most importantly, develop and nurture your great team.

Requirements:
1. Previous managerial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Focus on fresh, from-scratch food
3. Experience in a branded environment is an advantage but not essential
