You will be responsible for managing healthcare courses, ensuring that learners not only achieve their goals but also enjoy a fulfilling educational experience. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the management and development of healthcare courses, ensuring they are current, relevant, and meet the high standards expected at the College. Work closely with your team to monitor student progress and maintain the highest quality of education. Regularly update the curriculum to keep it fresh and engaging for students. Liaise with regional and national stakeholders to ensure the courses meet the current needs of the healthcare sector. Implement and manage quality assurance processes, including internal and external moderation. Required Skills & Qualifications: A degree level or vocational qualification in Education and Training, e.g., PCET, Post Graduate Diploma in Education. A related degree level qualification in a healthcare-related field. Substantial vocational industry experience in healthcare. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in managing quality assurance processes related to education.
