Job Title : CNC Miller Programmer Location: Liverpool Pay Rate : £16.62/£17.68 per hour – 39 hours per week Overtime at Overtime Rate – Good Earning Potential 50K Position Aspion are recruiting on behalf of a well established precission engineering company based in the Liverpool area. Thy have an exciting opportunity for someone to join thier CNC Milling Cell as a programmer, setter, operator at thier Liverpool site. As a subcontract machine shop, they only manufacture one offs and small batch work and believe the best way to do this is by allowing thier employees to utilise their skills to the full. The role will involve working from precision drawings to create programs, selecting tooling, proving and finish machining many components from raw bar stock, fabrications, profiles, castings, and forgings of various grades of steel, stainless steel, and alloy steels, using the latest CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machining centres equipped with 4th Axis & Renishaw probing. Programming can be done offline via One CNC – XR8 3D milling software or on the machine using Manual Guide software or via standard ISO keyboard input.
