Front Desk Operations:\no Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate team members.\no Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.\no Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.\n\n2. Document Management:\no Assist in preparing property listings, contracts, and tenancy agreements.\no Organise and maintain physical and digital files.\no Update property databases and ensure accuracy of information.\n\n3. Client Support:\no Respond to client queries via email, phone, or in person.\no Schedule property viewings and manage appointments.\no Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly.\n\n4. Administrative Tasks:\no Handle incoming and outgoing mail.\no Order office supplies and maintain inventory.\no Assist with data entry, photocopying, and scanning.\n\n5. Marketing Assistance:\no Collaborate with the team to create property brochures and online listings.\no Update property details on our website and other platforms.\no Assist in organising property open houses and promotional events.\n\n6.
