Their insights team specialises in human understanding, brand strategy, and innovation, shaping the future of their clients THE ROLE As a Client/Research Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Work closely with clients, understanding their challenges, delivering insights, and presenting strategic recommendations. Manage research projects from brief to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and strong client relationships. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, crafting compelling presentations for stakeholders. Leverage cutting-edge research techniques, including behavioural sciences and lean innovation. Support senior management in training and mentoring junior team members. Your Skills And Experience Strong experience in quantitative research, ideally within brand tracking and communications. Excellent project management skills, ensuring quality and efficiency in research execution. Outstanding communication and client management experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
