3B will be a new area caring for post-acute orthopaedic patients. This area will be supported by a Senior Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager, Nurse Specialists, and an education team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years post-registration nursing experience and keen for career development.
You will be responsible for caring for a small ward area of patients and must have exceptional communication skills, be able to prioritise, work safely and effectively, as well as be a good team player. The role will require you to be good at discharge planning and liaising with several members of the MDT.
You will be required to manage the shift as the nurse in charge and deputise for the Band 7 when required.
