Project Manager - CONTRACT
The Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead critical operational projects that transform processes and improve field-based activities. This role is pivotal in implementing change initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and deliver measurable improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
* Operational Improvements: Identify inefficiencies in field operations and design innovative solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
* Change Management: Lead and embed change initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped, trained, and aligned with new systems and processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field staff, to gather insights, address challenges, and secure buy-in for project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within field-based or operational settings.
* Background in Utilities / Water / Telecoms / SMART
* Strong understanding of change management principles and tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (preferred).
Location: North West - 4 days on site
Salary: Contract Day Rate
