KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract. Maintain product flow at all times. Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices To drive 5S and value-add practices across site Prioritisation of multiple system faults To ensure quality of output at all times To accurately record all work undertaken Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company Knowledge & Experience Required Basic key-skills and basic IT competency SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable) Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment Working at height experience (desirable) Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture Dematic is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
