This role is known for partnering with the business to meet the recruitment and talent mapping needs of Nomad Foods Group Functions and Markets in the UK and Ireland. Operating as a subject matter expert to provide insight and guidance regarding market conditions, the candidate journey and recruitment trends. Additionally supporting with European wide initiatives that will support the recruitment process and business. RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING Excellent Execution of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for Nomad Foods Group, UK & IE, permanent and contract vacancies. Working in partnership with the HR Centre and HRBPs to further enhance the onboarding process for new talent, including early careers candidates joining our graduate programme. Analysing assessments and profiling reports and providing insights to hiring managers and other stakeholders to support decision making. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager with UK and European wide talent initiatives where appropriate. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Maintains and manages positive working relationships with functional stakeholders; leading them through the attraction and selection process, to offer and contract stage. Also maintains and manages relationships with universities, suppliers, and third-party providers to ensure effective and continued support, keeping a constant eye on contractual agreements and highlighting areas for improvement to the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager. DATA MANAGEMENT Recording and tracking applications received for the functional areas of the business that the role is responsible for. Ensuring accuracy of social media and ATS content and the timeliness of interviews and offers being made. Maintaining and measuring Key Performance Indicators for all recruitment activity, ensuring hire costs and ‘time to hire’ measures are kept to a minimum and within KPIs. EXTERNAL PLATFORMS Maintains and updates regularly Nomad Foods LinkedIn pages and external jobs boards such as Reed. Supports the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager in creating external material such a brochures, advert thumbnails and GIFs which will be posted on external platforms and shared with candidates – enhancing the candidate experience. Creating job adverts that showcases Nomad Foods brand and values. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Monitors business needs, candidate and hiring manager experiences and adapts platforms, resources, and processes accordingly and in agreement with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager. Works closely with the HR Centre and Reward team to keep abreast of recruitment matters such as immigration, salary bands and sponsorship policies.
